My family comes in couple of days so I was clearing off my top bunk so that my sister Ali could sleep on it.  Usually I use it as a shelf for all of my stuff.

Day off breakfast at Cheryl's Diner.  In my five years at camp I have never ate here and its about two minutes from camp.  I thought it was great and much better service than where I have usually gone for day off breakfasts. To top it off I got to meet Cheryl of Cheryl's Diner, that only happens in small towns.

Visiting Day! Every year right after breakfast on visiting day the counselors make a line from the dining hall to the field house and do a high five line.  In reality its to keep the kids from running right to their parents from breakfast.

Kids asked me if I brought any pets to camp.  I told them "no but I do have my bamboo plant Marshall here with me" instantly a kid wanted to make a leash for him so I could bring him everywhere.  I told him that Marshall really doesn't have legs so he and a few other campers went down to art and made this wonderful little satchel for me to carry him around in.  You could say hes now the mascot of my group, he does morning bunk inspection with me and only stays in the cleanest bunk.  He even had his very first sleepover!
